Scout Law Group operates as a limited liability company in Arizona.

Main Office: 111201 N. Tatum Blvd. Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85028

The decision to hire a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertising. Scout Law Group is proud of its results and reputation; however, no representation is made that the quality of legal services we provide is greater than the quality of services given by other lawyers. Finally, past successes are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

Scout Law Group will always maintain primary or joint responsibility for all of its cases. In some cases, a co-counsel will be involved that will jointly handle your case. A co-counsel relationship or referral arrangement will never result in the client paying any additional fees.

Attorneys' contingent fees apply to fees charged by attorneys for their legal services. The cases handled by Scout Law Group allow contingent fee agreements and mean that the client will never have to pay any fees unless the case generates money for the client.

Court costs and other additional expenses of pursuing a legal claim or lawsuit will be the client's responsibility. The percentage fee will be computed before or after expenses are deducted from the recovery per the applicable state law.

Case results on this website depend upon the unique factors of each case. Even if a case we describe is similar, it does not mean that your outcome will be similar. Case examples on this website are to educate about the types of cases handled by the Firm. Not every outcome or case is provided.

Thank you for reading this disclaimer. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns.
