Scott Seymann
Scott B. Seymann became an attorney after a dynamic career in the entertainment industry, then earning an MBA from the W.P. College of Business at ASU and operating his own business for six years.
He graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU in 2009 with Pro Bono distinction, became licensed in Arizona and California, and since then has been representing plaintiffs’ interests in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and entertainment law.
Mr. Seymann gained invaluable client advocacy, litigation, and trial experience working at Adelman German and other Arizona law firms for 12 years.
He has fought to obtain substantial compensation for numerous clients injured by the negligence of others, and performed clinical and pro bono work with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Victim’s Advocate Division, Arizona Justice Project, City of Glendale Prosecutor’s Office, Homeless Legal Assistance Program, and the Advocacy Program Against Domestic Violence.
As a musician himself, he has also enjoyed helping fellow artists draft/edit/negotiate agreements regarding recording, composition, publishing, distribution, sync licenses, documentary film production, band management, and live performance.
With the launch of Scout Law Group in 2022, Mr. Seymann brings his diverse experience and passion for client advocacy to a new role as Director of Legal Operations.
He is looking forward to being part of an innovative ABS law firm and the opportunity this brings to help modernize the legal services landscape and improve accessibility for all those in need.
